It’s more than just a getaway, this annual event is where learning, leadership, laughter, and memories collide in the best way possible!

From the moment you hop on the bus at Campus UNIJI, the fun begins! Get ready for a weekend packed with team challenges, bonding sessions, and a touch of adventure. The theme this year “Leadership & Character Building” will challenge you to think, move, and grow together as one UNIJI Family.
Here’s a sneak peek at the action:
Day 1 kicks off with a scenic trip to Bogor, followed by a hands-on Digital Marketing Workshop hosted by our very own Ms. Putri Olivia. Then, the excitement ramps up with Leadership Training & Team Building Games, designed by our amazing committee to boost teamwork and creativity.
Afterward, grab your dinner, because the night comes alive with our Talent Show & Bonfire Night! Expect music, laughter, friendly competition, and maybe some Pop Mie noodles under the stars.
Day 2 kicks off with a bang! Morning Exercise, led by Ms. Rizka and Ms. Dahlia, sets the tone, followed by a delicious breakfast and a touching Social Development Session by Mr. Chandra Susanto. And guess what? It’s time for the Award Ceremony! 🏆 Get ready to snag some amazing prizes (Grand Total IDR 7 million cash!) as we honor the most dynamic and united teams.
Here, learning isn’t just about books it’s about building character, boosting confidence, and strengthening connections, all of which you’ll experience firsthand on this trip.
